Life is sure to throw many curve balls at us. We will experience grief, suffering, illnesses, broken hearts, disappointments, uncertainty and many other forms of physical and emotional pain. Are you going through a rough situation? Are you or a loved one facing an illness? Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Are there problems in your relationships – with your spouse, friends or family? Are you depressed? Are you facing economic uncertainty?
